| We have been told by the American Red Cross that the mere presence of their banner ad (which links to their donation page) infers that the American Red Cross is sponsoring Hablas.com's web site. We put this banner ad up the day after 9/11 in hopes of soliciting donations for them. This is pretty sad that we are being accused of "fraudulently inducing the belief that he/she/they are a member of or an agent for the American National Red Cross" The Red Cross does many great things, but we think something is terribly wrong here.
